Site Investigation & Concept Planning

We conduct an on-site investigation and develop an initial building concept.
By carefully reviewing site conditions, surrounding environment, road access, and applicable regulations, we propose the most effective land utilization strategy.

Preliminary Cost Estimate

We provide a preliminary construction cost estimate to help you understand the overall scope of the project.
At this stage, plans can be adjusted flexibly to align with your goals and budget.

Detailed Design & Design Agreement

We prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings required for construction.
These documents clearly illustrate the final design, allowing us to explain the completed vision in an easy-to-understand manner.

Building Permit Application

Based on the finalized design, we submit a building permit application to the relevant authorities or approval agencies.
The review process typically takes 30 to 45 days.

Final Estimate & Contract Execution

Once the permit is approved, we prepare a final detailed estimate based on confirmed quantities and specifications.
Upon approval, we execute the construction contract.

Construction Commencement

Construction begins after contract execution.
Throughout the construction phase, we maintain close communication through regular meetings to ensure a smooth process through completion.

Project Completion & After-Sales Support

After final quality inspections, the completed building is handed over to the client.
We continue to provide long-term support, including regular inspections and maintenance assistance, to help preserve the value of your asset.
