Approximately 3 Months: From Proposal to Land Handover
Proposal
Our staff will visit your designated location to gather key land information and prepare architectural plans and a business proposal.
Please feel free to share any requests or preferences you may have.
We prepare highly detailed plans that are ready to be submitted directly to financial institutions.
With our in-house design studio, we can deliver a presentation in as little as 5 to 10 days.
Contract Execution & Loan Application
Once you are satisfied with the architectural plan and business proposal, you will proceed with contract execution and submit a financing application.
Loan Approval & Land Handover
After loan approval from a bank or other financial institution, the land is officially handed over.
At this stage, preparations for apartment construction begin.
Approximately 5 Months: From Design Finalization to Rental Income
Design Finalization
We propose apartment designs that reflect the owner’s preferences while meeting strong tenant demand.
After consultation, the final design is determined.
Building Permit Approval
From preparation of application documents to official submission, everything is handled by KAⅡ Design & Work.
Construction
Working with trusted and proven construction partners, we deliver high-quality buildings.
Thorough inspections are conducted by private and public inspection agencies, as well as by KAⅡ Design & Work.
Tenant Recruitment
In addition to our in-house sales efforts, we partner with professional leasing companies to aim for full occupancy by the time construction is completed.
Our occupancy guarantee system allows you to start apartment management with confidence.
Project Completion & Handover
After construction is completed, a final inspection is conducted together with the owner and KAⅡ Design & Work.
Upon confirmation, the property is officially handed over.
Rental Income Begins
Owners can secure stable monthly rental income while continuing their regular employment.
In addition to the occupancy guarantee, unpaid rent is also covered for up to three months.
